At the Arduino Official Store, we stand behind the quality of our hardware and offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. If your board or kit is defective upon arrival, our technical support team will assist you with a replacement or full refund.
Initiate a Request
Log into your Arduino account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit an RMA request.
Technical Review
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm the return eligibility or provide troubleshooting for technical hardware issues.
Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original anti-static packaging and affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse inspects the returned components, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
